Alejandra Gimenez
Business Operations & Revenue Systems

Hi! I'm Alejandra Gimenez — I build the operations, revenue systems, and AI workflows behind founders who'd rather not depend on memory.

About
"If a business depends on one person's memory, it isn't scalable."

Who is Ale?

I design systems that improve execution, revenue, and team performance. For 5+ years, I've partnered with U.S. founders to build commercial operations, improve delivery, coach distributed teams, and create processes that make businesses run better.

My work sits at the intersection of Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Project Management, and Customer Success. I turn messy processes into clear, scalable systems—using CRM, automation, AI, and strong operational structure.

My work has influenced $800K+ in revenue, improved operational efficiency by 70%, and supported five remote teams across 30+ enterprise clients. Based in Argentina, I've worked to U.S. business standards across time zones, independently and in English.

Currently open to full-time and part-time opportunities across all U.S. time zones.

When I'm not building systems for founders, you'll usually find me with family, a coffee or mate in hand, or somewhere outdoors. I've run several half marathons, and lately I've swapped my digital camera for an analog one (apparently I'm drawn to things that require a little more patience 😄)

Philosophy

How I work

I believe great operations remove friction. I prefer documenting processes instead of relying on memory, coaching people instead of micromanaging them, and building systems that keep producing results long after they're implemented.

01

Revenue Operations Build

CRM architecture, pipeline design, and reporting built to run without supervision.

02

Project Delivery

Cross-functional planning, stakeholder communication, and roadmap prioritization from idea to execution.

03

AI Workflow Design

Practical AI integration into reporting, documentation, and day-to-day operations.

04

Educational Program Launch

Designed and launched a live coaching & certification program for distributed teams.

05

CRM Implementation

Full-cycle CRM setup — lead stages, automations, tracking, and adoption training.

06

Operations Documentation

SOPs and process documentation that make performance a system output, not a personality trait.

Built the commercial infrastructure for a U.S. keynote speaking company — OVinspires

U.S.-based motivational speaking & youth leadership brand · B2B services sold to U.S. universities

A U.S. national speaker with a strong offer and zero operational structure. Outreach was inconsistent — whoever had time that day. No CRM, no qualification system, no defined process between first contact and signed contract, no documentation. The business ran on relationships and word of mouth, not a repeatable system.

What I built
  • Designed the full commercial operating system from scratch — CRM architecture, sales processes, reporting, automations, onboarding, coaching systems, and operational documentation
  • Built the outreach infrastructure — cold email sequences, call scripts, and follow-up cadences targeting university procurement contacts and student affairs departments
  • Developed proposal templates, email templates, and objection-handling documentation supporting $5K–$12K contracts per client
  • Trained and supervised the full appointment setting team from 2022 to 2025 — live sessions, real-time corrections, and performance benchmarking
  • Owned the full client journey from first outreach to event date — ensuring seamless handoff and repeat business

What made it work

Nothing depended on memory. Outreach followed a defined sequence. Follow-up was triggered by the CRM — not by someone remembering. Training was ongoing with corrections based on actual calls — not a one-time onboarding session.

Revolutionary Roots had processes. Brianna builds and iterates on her own systems — she didn't need a rebuild. What she needed was an operator who could run the full function without supervision, manage all leads across multiple closers simultaneously, and identify bottlenecks before being asked. One constraint: she didn't want to hire outside the US. She hired Ale anyway — based entirely on how the discovery call went.

What I did
  • Managed the entire revenue execution function autonomously from day one — handling all inbound and outbound leads and coordinating the calendars of three closers simultaneously for the first 8–9 months
  • Executed the full process independently — no check-ins required, no ambiguity escalated upward, no hand-holding
  • Diagnosed conversion bottlenecks in real time each time one appeared — identified that leads were not being qualified deeply enough on their actual goals during discovery, and improved the qualification system accordingly
  • Adapted the full qualification and process approach when the business launched its DFY offer alongside the existing DWY model — different ICP, different pace, different energy. No ramp-up needed
  • Coached and onboarded incoming team members as the business scaled, and documented the process so results didn't depend on any one person
What made it work

This wasn't a build from scratch. It was execution at a high standard inside an existing system — and real-time diagnosis when that system had gaps. When conversion dropped, I identified why. When the offer changed, I adapted how I qualified without being told to.
